Shipping cost
The cost are diference for each country, You find an overview of the cost here.
Delivery time
In case we have the goods on stock (this is mentioned by the products) your package is ready within maximum three working days for pick-up or shipping.
Track and trace
If you log in you can check the status of your order and see also track and trace link. You also receive an email when we prepared your package for the post including track and trace link for folowing your parcel.
Not home
The best is you give us an adress where someone is home during the day (work address). When that is not possible the postman will try to deliver your package at the neighbours. In this case you'll find normaly a note in your mailbox where he left your package. Otherwise your package will be hold for a few days and then comming back to us.
NOTE: don't forget an identity card with you when you go to pick up your package
Which company delivers my parcel?
All parcels are send with Bpost or postNL. It is posible that they use in some countrys other compagnies.
Prices & VAT
Are your prices inclusive VAT?
Yes they are, all prices on the site are incluiding VAT.
Do i get a invoice?
Sure you get a invoice at your order including VAT.
intracommunautair invoice posible?
In your account entrepreneurs with a valid VAT number outside Luxembourg can store a VAT number. The shop will calculate direct VAT0. Note: your VAT number shall be checked and your order is sent only to the address where the VAT number is registered
Can I buy on credit?
Our profit margin is too low to have debitors which not pay the bill, that's the reason you can only pay with the methods mentioned below.
How can i pay?
You can pay in advance by bank, iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact (mr. Cash) or cash in our store when you pick up your goods.
Ordering & pick-up
How can I order?
Due to the automation of the system it is only possible to order on our webshop. Unfortunately it is not possible to order per post, e-mail or telephone. When you make an appointment it's possible to pick up your goods in our store in Drinklange, Luxembourg (125 km from Maastricht, 14 km from ST. Vith).
I forgot to order something
our system is full automatically, so unfortunately it's impossible to add products to an existing order if you have already paid. It's also not possible to add two orders together.
If your order has not paid (note iDEAL, sofort etc is paid directly), you can place a new order and mention that the old expires. It's only possible if you have not paid!

How long is the warranty period?
For all other products you have minimum 2-years factory guarantee by normal home use except:

My package is damaged
We do our best to pack your parcel to avoid damage during shipment. Unfortunately it is not possible to avoid all damages. By placing your order you had a option for an insurance for lost or damage.
IMPORTANT When you have choice for a insurance send us a complain with picture within 24 hrs by email, when posible with a picture. Afther this we have contact with the insurance, normaly we need maximum 3 weeks for this.
I have ordered a wrong product
It could happen that you have ordered a wrong product. The problem is alwayes the high shipping costs, the best is to try to sell the product to a friend or colleague.

I received a wrong product, what to do?
It speaks for it self that we do our utmost to deliver your package without errors, but we remain however people and there can always go something wrong. When there is something wrong you can send us an e-mail so we can find out what's wrong.
Retour recht
Het ruilen/retour zenden van producten is geregeld in de wet kopen op afstand met de volgende spelregels: 1. U dient binnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen een retour formulier aan te vragen. 2. het product dient binnen 28 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen bij ons binnen te zijn bijvoorkeur in de originele verpakking. Speciaal voor u bestelde producten kunnen niet geruild kunnen worden.
Geopende verpakkingen van fotopapier en inkt worden nooit retour genomen tenzij duidelijk fabrieksfouten aantoonbaar is! Inkt droogt namelijk uit als het niet vacuüm verpakt meer is en vingerafdrukken op fotopapier maakt het product onbruikbaar dus onverkoopbaar.
Als u een gedeelte retour stuurt en uw aankoopbedrag komt onder de aankoopgrens van € 25,- zullen de daadwerkelijk verzend & transport kosten worden berekend voor de heenzending.
De wet kopen op afstand is alleen van toepassing bij particulieren, voor bedrijven geldt dat er in overleg gekeken wordt wat er mogelijk is.
